By joining "Arkan Al-Tadrib" you hereby agree to all terms and stipulations mentioned on this page.

This page has conditions that each trainee receiving a service, and any trainer/Institution offering a service must adhere to, else they will be banned for a period of time decided by "Arkan Al-Tadrib"< or may face a permanent ban

:For the Trainee:

Each trainee has to adhere to all rules mentioned on the "details" page pf course they want to join, these rules a re added by the service providers themselves (trainers/institutions), and they have the right to remove a trainee that has violated these rules. 

In the case of joining any non-free course, or requesting a personal meeting/consultation with a trainer, the payment must be made through any of the payment gateways available on the platform. "Arkan Al-Tadrib" is not responsible for any payments not made through these gateways, and can't be responsible for ensuring the service being provided or its quality in this case.

Refund Policy:

:For the Trainer:

The trainer is allowed to offer any free teaching services, and in the case of non-free services, the trainer is eligible for receiving a cut of any payment made by a trainee for any of their courses.

The trainer's cut is calculated by deducting the taxes to maintain the legality of the whole process, and the platform's share to keep the platform working.

The trainer's cut is then calculated as follows:

The trainer's cut= Payment made by trainee –  Platform's cut (Payment made by traineex10%) – Taxes (Payment made by traineex30%)

Refund Policy:

:For the Institution:

"Arkan Al-Tadrib" preserves the right to change any of the aforementioned clauses without having the consent of the platform users.
